Ventricina is a traditional pork belly speciality. After careful grinding, the bacon is seasoned and placed in natural casings. The maturing process, which lasts for about 15 days, gives Ventricina its soft consistency and characteristic flavour. The product is then ground with a very thin die and placed in sterile glass jars. The result is an orange-coloured product, slightly spicy in flavour and with a soft density. Ideal for toast and to enrich gastronomic dishes.
