The award-winning Benedetto Cavalieri spaghetti goes well with an infinite number of seasonings, meat, fish and vegetables – give free rein to your own culinary creativity! Benedetto Cavalieri founded the pasta factory of the same name in 1918 and since then the aim has always been to produce high-quality pasta using the original delicato method: long kneading and pressing, slow pulling and drying of the dough at low temperatures, for the typical flavour and natural consistency of the pasta, in which the most important components of the durum wheat are optimally preserved. Benedetto Cavalieri uses only the highest quality durum wheat, grown without artificial fertilisers, mainly in the hills of Puglia and Basilicata.
