Salamella di Fegato is made from lean pork and liver, minced and stuffed into a natural casing. This delicacy is the result of artisanal processing and an average curing of about 30 days, which gives the Salame di Fegato a strong and slightly spicy taste of garlic and chili pepper. No artificial colorings.
