Ricotta Forte Bio - Cinque Santi

Ricotta forte or ricotta scante , as they say in Salento, is a regional product from Puglia. Not only the consistency, but also the taste cannot be compared to that of other types of cheese. This is a cheese with a very pronounced, spicy character, a spreadable cream of sheep's, cow's and goat's ricotta with added sea salt. To be used as a spread on bread and toast, or as a seasoning in pasta dishes.
