Pecorino 12 months raw milk

This pecorino is produced with milk from a single selected farm, chosen based on:
The quality of the milk, the hygienic conditions of the farm, the type of feed, and the health of the livestock, to guarantee the quality of the final product.
The milk is processed raw, resulting in a grainy texture and a very uneven color, ranging from yellow to golden yellow.
The cheese ripens for a year and has a rich, strong, slightly spicy taste, with aromas that change according to the season and the sheep's diet.
