Pecorino Fiore di Rocca

Excellent cheese, from the countryside of Alta Tuscia Laziale, matured in dry rooms for a minimum period of 6-9 months. Slightly spicy flavour as the maturation continues. Ideal with dried fruit or drizzled with honey.
