Sheep's cheese

This soft, medium-aged (60 days) table caciotta, made from pasture sheep's milk, is a typical raw, soft cheese with a very good flavour. Production is limited.
It is recommended to consume it with cured meats or grapes, but it is also an ingredient that can be used imaginatively in the kitchen.

Price is per 250gr. - €35 per 1kg.
