Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro D.O.P. Sparkling Rosé from organic farming with manual harvesting followed by a long fermentation in steel, after a short maceration of the grapes, at low temperature and re-fermentation in the bottle with semi-disgorgement in June. Native yeasts with a very low addition of sulphites. Rosé wine of an intense pink with hints of raspberry, pomegranate and plum. Full-bodied, dynamic and fresh sip.
