Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro D.O.P. Sparkling Rosé from organic farming with manual harvesting followed by a long fermentation in steel, after a short maceration of the grapes, at low temperature and refermentation in the bottle with semi-disgorgement in June. Indigenous yeasts with very low addition of sulphites. Rosé wine of an intense pink, slightly cloudy (Nuvola) with hints of raspberry, pomegranate and plum. Full, dynamic and fresh sip.
