Anchovy Fillets

Anchovy fillets, the fish come from the Mediterranean Sea and are processed the same day with salt from the salt pans of Trapani. They are also aged for at least 45 days to ensure the best organoleptic quality.
Fishing area: FAO ZONE 37 – FAO ZONE 27
Fishing method: caught with purse seines and collecting nets.
