Traditional, short-matured cheese from the Lazio region, made from sheep's and cow's milk and with a sweet, slightly pronounced flavour. The milk, which comes from animals raised on pasture during the most favourable months of the year, is of the highest quality. Excellent flavouring for classic Italian dishes.
