Traditional, short-aged cheese from the Campania region, made from sheep's and cow's milk, with a sweet, slightly pronounced flavour. The milk, sourced from animals raised on pasture during the most favourable months of the year, is of the highest quality. An excellent flavour enhancer for classic Italian dishes.
