Semi-aged Caciocavallo

It is a matured (160 days), stretched curd, produced from cow's milk and has the classic parallel shape. The maturation phase allows the cheese to refine its aroma and delight even the most refined palates.
Try it grated on many types of pasta. It is excellent to enjoy with homemade jam.
It can be combined with chestnut honey or red onion jam and paired with a glass of good wine or typical Apulian taralli.
