Benedetto Cavalieri Spaghetti, made from organic durum wheat semolina: a ‘meaty’ pasta shape that retains its shape exceptionally well during cooking, enhancing the flavour and aroma of your recipes. Ideal with delicate sauces. Benedetto Cavalieri founded the pasta factory of the same name in 1918, and since then the goal has always been to produce high-quality pasta using the original delicato method: lengthy kneading and pressing, slow drawing and drying of the dough at low temperatures, for the typical taste and natural consistency of the pasta, optimally preserving the main components of the durum wheat. Benedetto Cavalieri uses exclusively the highest quality wheat, grown without artificial fertilisers, especially in the hills of Puglia and Basilicata.
